§130-day no-questions refund window
New paid subscriptions and token purchases are eligible for a full refund within thirty (30) days of the initial charge, provided your account is in good standing under our Acceptable Use Policy. Email billing@piccull.com from your registered email with the subject line “Refund request” and the order ID or invoice number from your Stripe receipt.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe. The funds typically land within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
§2After the initial window
After the first 30 days, partial refunds for subscription periods are issued at our discretion. The default is no refund for partial months — when you cancel, auto-renewal stops and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Token balances purchased on pay-as-you-go plans do not expire. They are non-refundable after the initial 30-day window.
§3What's not refundable
- Listings that successfully published to eBay — once a listing posts, our service has been delivered.
- AI inference costs (token spend on listing generation, vision tagging, etc.) that have already been incurred against your balance.
- Failed eBay publishes caused by problems on your eBay account (missing business policies, account restrictions, suspension).
- Charges incurred while your account was suspended for an AUP violation. AUP violations void refund eligibility for the entire billing period in which the violation occurred.
§4Chargebacks
We’d rather resolve issues directly than fight chargebacks. If something went wrong, email billing@piccull.com first — we respond within one business day. Filing a chargeback before contacting us will suspend your account during the dispute, and an upheld chargeback against an eligible-for-refund charge will result in account termination.
§5Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access for the remainder of the current paid period.
