We reply within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, U.S. Central time). Security reports jump the queue. PicCull is in private beta and supported directly by its founder, so you're talking to someone who knows the code, not a script.

You can delete your PicCull account and its data at any time, two ways:
- 1In the app. Go to Settings → Account → Delete my account (in the Danger Zone). Confirm, and we begin removing your account and associated data.
- 2By email. Prefer we handle it? Email support@piccull.com from your account's registered address and ask us to delete your account.
Deletion requests are processed within 14 days. Some records are kept longer where the law requires it — for example, Stripe payment and tax records. The full breakdown of what we keep and for how long is in our Privacy Policy.
Common questions.
To publish listings to eBay, yes — PicCull connects to your existing eBay seller account. You can still scan items, generate draft listings, and review sold comps without connecting one; you just won't be able to publish until you do.
Connect your eBay account from Settings inside the app. PicCull uses eBay's official OAuth flow, so you sign in on eBay's own page and grant access — we never see your eBay password. You can disconnect at any time.
PicCull pulls real sold comps from SoldComps.com and shows you the comps behind every suggested price. You can cull bad matches and the price recalculates, so you decide the number — not a black box. For plan pricing, see the pricing page.
Yes. We collect only what's needed to run the product, encrypt eBay tokens at rest, and never sell your personal information. Your photos and prompts aren't used to train AI models. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
